South East Women's Lacrosse Association (SEWLA) is a regional organisation that operates under England Lacrosse. Similar to the other two regions: South West and North, SEWLA champions the growth of Lacrosse by providing support to local schools, clubs and events, fostering the development of all lacrosse formats.
